Always get what I need...but a lot of the staff look bored and really sad...like they don't enjoy their job. It can be a rather tense atmosphere. But boy is it a tardis in there! Rude staff! I have been waiting for 15 min for the pharmacy to open at 9.00. About 8.58, a staff opened the front door walked in. Then she came out through the back door, went into the adjacent surgery, walked past me and went back into the pharmacy again after couple of minutes.
