Went into store last Friday for an early upgrade. The manager was very helpful to get the right phone for me. I’ve been a 3 customer for many years and very happy with the work they do

No interest in customers unless theyre spending money.Went in to cancel my daughters contract, staff said they couldn't help. Couldn't connect to their own system.
