Brought my Dad in to get a new handset after his old iPhone broke. Sam helped us out giving us the best options and all the information we needed. He sorted us out and even helped us transfer his data to the new phone. Couldn't have asked for a better experience

Had an issue regarding a payment to Tesco Mobile, they denied receiving it, Sarah spent almost 2 hours of her time trying to help resolve it.
