Simple as this, at 7pm the shopfloor worker said to the manager 'can he use the changing room' the manager said its closed today. Your telling me at the end of the shift nobody knew the changing room had been closed all day....just simply couldn't be bothered to let me use it.Poor form

Returned a product and accepted a credit note,purchased more goods and used credit note as part of the payment,cashier overcharged me £10,returned to shop and was told i had to have the £10 as another credit note as I’d part paid with one .What a con,Mike Ashley earns another tenner thanks to a mistake at the till.

Poor quality product unless you go for a proper none Mike Ashley owned brand. Made for pennies and pre marked up as being on sale so you think you're getting a bargain. Sadly staff bear the brunt for the epically bad shop and product but also do themselves no favors. I've had instances where the can bee seen actively hiding... read full comment
