We regularly order glasses for the whole family and every time they make mistakes, they make mistakes with a pair of lenses, transparent instead of black, we pay extra for options and they forget to do it and my child waits two more weeks, this is already 4 mistakes

Having had a quite a nasty accident while out having my late afternoon walk and tripping on a kerb and breaking my glasses,I decide to pop into Specksavers .The young lad was brilliant and totally brilliant and I would like to thankfully say he was great.Well done Matt.
