Possibly the slowest turnaround of a parcel ever seen. Pay for 1st class signed for and day number 6 the parcel still has not been delivered! The tracking completely useless! Will not use royal mail to send a parcel again...person on phone says if it still hasnt been delivered by 14 days then can make a claim!!! Dont know... read full comment
