All ladies try to do the best but I believe new owners try save some money and they reduce staff level. I sending today special delivery parcels and due to high number of parcels I asking owner if I can double check if I not made mistakes on 2 of them. The staff here couldn't be more helpful, and cheerful. The Post Office have just started to accept Evri parcels too.
