Last Saturday I was shopping with my family, we were at H&M at 5:15 p.m. in the store, i.e. 45 minutes before closing time. We wanted to try on the pants, but the fitting room was filled with hangers, so my wife moved the hangers and went in to try them on, and after a while another customer also came in to try on the clothes.... read full comment

Went in to look at a few items and to try on an item I had bought online (to make sure it actually fits). Store member approached me and after finding out I'd been in the changing room, thought I'd stolen something!! No I have not stolen anything, I had just my work hoodie and the item I wanted to try on, which was a mail... read full comment

I was in store today when i took ill. Thank you to the lovely lady who came to my rescue alerting staff. The staff were so kind and helpful, thank you everyone x
