Prescription was sent from Lakeside 14 days before it was ready. Today I looked on website, it said open 10.30 but didn't mention pharmacist shut Sunday. Wasted my time going to Boots and after 15 days of waiting I have 1 tablet left!

Booked flue vaccination for 2 people on 4/11/23 - got cancelled due to pharmacist not having the right training.Got rebooked for next week, waited 30 minutes past the appointment time just to be seen and only one appointment has been rescheduled, clearly forgot about the 2nd one.
