I have been holding off making this review for a long time and after each experience I think I should and today has confirmed this is needed. Whenever I bring in a Evri parcel to drop off and a man called Tommy is behind the counter I dread it. I am always polite and say hello, I have a parcel to drop off please. Tommy (who used to work at McColls) is awful, a proper nasty character and despises you for taking parcels, and gave me a right ticking off about buying things online.
