I booked two rooms in August for my daughters wedding .Unfortunately the wedding has been postponed due to a family member being extremely ill .I tried to get a refund and if not l asked the possibility of even rebooking at another hotel at a later date in the year .They were just not interested and said it was booked... read full comment
