Typical Wetherspoon's. Lots of choice. Food is ok and served promptly. One of her better Wetherspoon's as regards layout.
Parking: On busy road close to station and lots of roadworks. Parking is virtually non existent

We did a night's stop over in York for a bit of a getaway. Booked in the premier Inn, which is always a pleasant night's kip, and realised that this spoon was opposite.

I thought I would try this pub seeing as it's a Wetherspoons. So I had a small English breakfast and a cappuccino. The breakfast was freshly cooked and filling. I will be going back there.
The pub is open for breakfast until 12 noon and offers free refills (all day every day) on tea and Lavazza coffee. For lunch and dinner, there are lighter bites, with deli deal options and vegetarian choices, gourmet burgers and freshly made pizzas. Wetherspoon has championed a wide range of drinks, including real ales, craft beers, gins and soft drinks. Table service is available via the Wetherspoon app, using our unlimited free Wi-Fi. This pub has step-free access.
