Great local pub, very friendly clientele all the football matches, and a good selection of drinks - can't go wrong. Didn't have any food, so I can't comment.

Always a warm welcome for humans and dogs. Friendly staff, pleasant clientele. Outside beer garden and a pizza vendor. Chippy across the road. Ab Fab ?
A friendly village pub set in the heart of Strensall, York. Great homecooked food is served Mon Tues & Thurs 12 - 2pm & 5 - 8pm. Sunday roasts 12 - 4pm. IL MEZZA LUNA, our Pizza horse box is open Wed, Fri & Sun from 5 - 8.30pm, serving fresh pizza to eat in or takeaway. A good selection of alcohol-free drinks are available, including hot drinks to drink in or takeaway. There is both TNT and Sky Sports showing over 4 TV's in the back sports bar. Or you can sit and relax in our cosy front lounge with one of our guest ales (Cask Marque accredited). We have a huge beer garden, with 2 under cover seating areas and secure childrens play area. Dogs are more than welcome in the back bar - water bowls, treats and belly rubs all available.
