There are no paper towels at the pump to wipe the diesel fuel from your hands, caused by a slight leak from the hand nozzle. When I entered the store to ask for some, I was told to wash my hands in the WC facility, I did this, but I also found that there wasn't anything to dry my hands on and not even any toilet paper.
