Absolute Joke. 4 times I've been in to collect my parcel to be told I can't have it for half an hour or I need to come back later. 4 different times of the day I've been. Why have a click and collect point when you can't collect?

This store has come a long way since the elderly grey haired nasty lady has retired, how she was ever hired in the first place is beyond me but how she stayed so long quite obviously hating the place is also a mystery. Terribly rude staff encounter. Happened, twice. Staff member with ear pieces ignored, and then pretended not to understand what I was saying. Trying to make me look stupid. Then said I am dealing a customer right now with nasty face expression. Unbelievable. Previously a staff member said we dont sell umbrellas we are departmental... read full comment
