    Went in today after a bad experience in another store and they were super helpful and showed me the stock, I can't remember the lads name but Phoebe I think was the girl who had great brand knowledge with the shoes I was after.
    They offer flexible payment plans and make you feel valued as a customer by the end.

    I cannot fault the customer service at any Schuh shops. Out of all the stores I have visited, the service from Isabelle in York was outstanding. Nothing was too much trouble for her, despite a busy store. She focussed on the customer in front of her throughout. The particular pair of shoes I wanted was unavailable in my... read full comment
