Went to Pizza Hut today for the pizza buffet. Staff were really friendly but the timing on their food was really poor. There was 3 pieces of pizza on the whole buffet and a queue of about 10 people at all times, waiting ages for pizza to come out before it was all gone again. Refused a seat as there was to many people inside but there was loads of seats free. Apparently there wasn't enough staff in the kitchen. Worse pizzahut I've ever been in utter waist of time!

It's lost all personal touch,, take a seat and use the app to order! Nobody even wants to actually take your order
