I have tried to contact the branch in York twice today and asked for a call back. Twice the bank has rung me back then cut me off. I will be calling into the branch in York to complain.

I have recently had two bereavements within 4 days of each other, my head was a mess but coming into the bank the staff were gentle & understanding straight away.
