We go to Café 21 nearly every week and this is because of the customer service we receive. All the staff are superb but must give Dan and Lauren a very big shoutout as they really do look after us. Well done guys ?

Looking for a spot of lunch, came across Cafe 21 within Fenwick's department store. Very pleasant service and very decent fishcakes & an omelette, with a good bottle of Black Sheep ale to wash down! Ambience modern but nice, food perfectly acceptable.

Most of the staff were helpful and friendly, the food was nice (but somewhat overpriced). I did think the vegetarian choice was very poor. I enquired about a vegetarian sandwich (eg cheese very simple to do), I was informed they did not do them and I could have a cheese omelet or sweet potato curry.
