Ordered a bacon and cranberry panini. When it came out it was just a warmed up baguette, not toasted at all. Not asked if I want skinny chips or fat chips or if I wanted any sauces or given a napkin. I had to ask for sauce and hunt for napkin, all while my food was going cold. Not good value or service, very disappointed

Miserable staff which goes nicely with the poor quality of food, poor cleanliness and cramped seating. I was under the misconception that this was meant to be a quality place to eat but was sadly mistaken and to top it off, the got food was served above a baby’s head. Despite being relatively busy on a December dinner time we had no problems finding a table. Good menu, with plenty of choice and tasty food i would definitely visit again. The staff here are really great everyone had a smile on their face and the customer service was excellent.
