Absolutely appalling. I called in to get a hot chocolate with my daughter and was “greeted” with a grunt by the boy on the till and served 2 hot chocolates and a chocolate cake. The customer service of the gentleman wearing a trainee T shirt today was OUTSTANDING and his team at the till were also very good. GOOD OLD FASHIONED CUSTOMER SERVICE BY SOMEONE WHO REALLY CARED.... One of the better Caffé Nero's in York. Decent coffee, friendly team. Often is too busy.
