Went into to get a prescription which the doctor said should have arrived in today. The attitude on the woman who served us was absolutely disgusting and she stunk of cigarette smoke. If you think talking to me like that was okay just because you hadn’t received it you seriously need to check yourself

Have had to use this branch as the one on East parade has closed Rang the doctors today as they have issued a prescription to this branch 10 days ago as of yet no notification that it’s ready Absolutely shocking can’t even get through on the phone From now on this will not be my nominated collection place
