I recently visited Boots the Chemist to collect an emergency prescription for my terminally ill wife, who is battling lung cancer and urgently needed Salbutamol for her nebuliser. Given the critical nature of her condition, I expected a level of urgency and compassion from the staff.
Very disappointing visit to this branch of Boots. I have used countless Boots stores over the years and usually had great experiences but this was different. This morning I was unfortunate enough to enter this Boots store at approximately 08:45. First I went to the Max Factor section where a woman was stacking shelves.
