Awful. Opened a savings account and was told it's easy to add my husband's name via the app. Couldn't do it, so started live chat. Was told it could only be done in branch. Went back to branch and the specialist advisor only works ONE DAY A WEEK from 10am until 2pm!! What kind of idiot bank employs someone for 4 hours per... read full comment
