I feel I must write to say what very good service we had from a young lady in the Thirsk shop. We were looking for a recent restaurant/eating out guide from 'Living North' magazine. which I had recently seen in a local restaurant. Awful service. the manager is particularly rude, unhelpful and confrontational.
She also seems to try and intimidate not only staff but customers and doesnt seem to like it when customers stand up for themselves.
Thirsk is a town made up of elderly people and maybe because she can get away with... read full comment
