Toilet is awful, absolute disgrace for a leading company like shell - Get it sorted ?

The toilet was revolting, an absolute disgrace. Member of staff looked like they had nothing to do and yet the toilet had urine on the floor on the seat to the point your footwear is swimming in it. Average fuel price for service station. Only 3 starts because the welly washer in the welly washing station wasn't functioning correctly.
