Unbelievably rude when dropping parcels off. I was completely ignored when I tried to drop some parcels. No other customers in the shop and the assistant acted as if she could not see me. And then served the next person who came in. Dropping EVRI parcels off seems to be a huge inconvenience for them.

Customer service needs improving. I always feel like I'm being an inconvenience when I'm trying to return a parcel using the Evri system. If they are constantly having issues with this provider (the system had 'crashed again!) then they need to use a better one.And as frustrating as I imagine it is for the staff, they still... read full comment
