Ordered scrambled egg on toast and I was disgusting. The eggs were like rubber and it was left on the hot plate after cooking for 3-4 mins because nobody would pick it up and bring too us. Shocked at the bad reviews as the food we had was lovely. However, they need to sort a few things out. Going back a few years, you got your own hot drink while in the queue so by the time you got to the till you were sorted. Went here for lunch this afternoon with my Mum and Dad. Scampi was lovely but I was very disappointed when I was told that there was no tartare sauce available in the café.
