Wonderful laid back place, just fabulous, owners are lovely family and treat u like part of the family, hot tub was perfect
Parking: Location near Saltburn for day out its just fabulous
Wheelchair accessibility: I have mobility probs but managed

Did not know we did not have internet, TV or a toilet. We had to walk in the rain nearly 30metres just to go to toilet. Breakfast was ok but no choice. Think things like internet, TV and toilets should be mentioned when booking. Also People should maybe be allowed to just have cereal or just toast. Staff fantastic, place... read full comment

Gorgeous place, very pleasant setting. Cash only which can be a problem. Toilet block up a step
Parking: Limited spaces, only room for half a dozen cars but there might be additional parking which I didn't see
