B&m is one of my favorite stores. Always well stocked, clean and the staff are really helpful and friendly.

As always, full of good well priced toys and goodies. Store is always tidy and doesn't feel like the usual bargain supermarket. There was a glitch with card payments but this was UK wide on the day which is why it retains the 5 stars. Don't forget they also do amazing charity work and collect toys from mid November for...

Blonde women on till one today at 11:05. Very rude and unhelpful, not the usual friendliness you would expect from BnM staff.Disgusted in her tone with customers, nearly throwing stuff through the till
