may i say how the staff of scarborough branch they were so helpfull as a new customer i felt completley at ease and enjoyed making my transaction under there proffessionalism thank you to all the staff that work there , i love the old school approach , and been treated as a human being and not a sastistic or number

Great local Bank/Building Society. Pleasant atmosphere and staff that I have interacted with friendly/knowledgeable and helpful. Good range of products with good returns on savings.

Went in and asked to speak to someone about mortgages. Was told that there is no one in branch who can do that and I would have to phone a number. As no rapport can be established over the phone I made it clear I wasn't happy and walked.
