Went into today & was served by a tall blonde lady was lovely & helpful.Upon looking at the receipt, I saw that I had been grossly over charged for the product I bought Bepanthen Nappy Cream at £9.34!I returned literally a couple of minutes later and asked to be refunded as you can pick up the same 100g cream for £2.50... read full comment
