Food is perfect. Staff are great.
... but it is far too noisy! Large open space with wooden floors. Always busy but you have to shout across the table so conversation is hard. Shame really and a deal breaker for me.

Tbh I don't know how the Amontola has so many high scores ..... the food at best was so-so and rather disappointing. The pickle tray was bland, onion bhajis must have been reheated as beyond crispy , lamb chops bore more than a passing resemblance to pork chops , masala fish was fine but that was the only one .
