Personally I don’t find the managers customer service to my liking. I find her to be patronising sometimes. It’s like she’s talking down to you. Food and drinks are fine and other staff members have been very friendly and helpful.

Manager Julie is extremely rude and very unprofessional. All other staff are really nice, shame I can’t say the same about the manager

Just been in and had nice relaxing cuppa. In a nice clean and friendly environment. There was also the added bonus of no moronic idiots creating a fuss or been rude and abusive towards the staff. If you don’t like the place simply don’t go there. Plenty of other places you can spend your money in.
