I always recieve a great service in the store but I visited today to pick up a Birthday Card and a Valentines day card for my girlfriend. I want to mention Wendy who was very kind to my wife who was feeling unwell while in the Redcar shop this afternoon. She found her a chair and brought her a selection of cards to choose from when she was feeling a little better. Excellent customer service from Wendy. Thank you so much

Yvonne the store manager and her colleague Shelby at the Redcar branch have restored my faith in humanity. After an online order went astray today for my daughter's 40th birthday, they went over and above to ensure that she received a lovely bunch of balloons.
