Fabulous customer service from Neaco this week. Replacement parts for our stylish grab-rail sent promptly, without question, and FOC - with the kind addition of a Yorkshire cuppa and something to nibble on while we fit it!

I had a Neaco shower facility installed in my new home in 2017. One of the shower curtain hooks broke so I contacted them via their website. I received a phone call very promptly and was sent some spare hooks in the post for no cost. Excellent customer service - thank you so much Neaco!
