Staff are fine but usually only one on at busy times... now the opening times have been cut my business dispatch times have taken a hit! I need tracked delivery and proof of postage and I cant get that at the end of the day any more. The times are falling in line with the depots. Very nice staff recently. Bit of a wait at times, but the staff are lovely and very helpful.
