Cannot thank Daley, the Assistant Manager, enough. We thought we were just popping into the shop to move my husband's mobile from a rival company onto my EE contract. Two hours later.....! Daley was so patient and thorough, overcoming all of the obstacles put in place by the other provider. Excellent service. Thank you.

Very helpful gent sorted my new Samsung phone upon which I had loaded apps which were supposed to prevent hackers, but prevented almost everything.
