Always get what’s needed in Boyes and usually at a decent price, but the staff can be really horrible - to each other in front of customers! Witnessed a female member of staff berate a young male member of staff for accidentally damaging a small item (de-icer can) and act as though it was a hanging offence! Very rude female staff on the first floor. People with no customer service interest. Two middle aged women were very rude and unhelpful with me and my boyfriend. Left unsatisfied and highly upset!
