I love Waterstones, I love books. Sadly I suffer with chronic depression and I've not been able to read fiction since 2015 but I still wander in as books make me smile. Excellent choice of books. Very helpful staff. During COVID-19 lockdowns, I found the Click and Collect service exceptionally helpful and I am pleased they have continued this as it's exceptionally helpful, but it can never beat browsing the shelves.
