Had to order my prescription again as it was not quiet correct when I went to pick up the glasses. Apart from the angle of a lense not been correct the glazing was not done correctly for one of the pair.
I now need to wait another 10 days ?
Would be nice to be compensated somehow ?

Superb service. Lost one hearing aid Saturday 10am had new replacement by 11am after going to shop. Really grateful many thanks

Finished up spending a lot more than I had bargained for (£260). Had the final cost been better explained I would more than likely have settled for only one pair. I do not need a second pair and as my prescription had hardly changed, my existing pair would serve as a spare pair in an emergency. The opticians were fine...
