2 people serving, no queue and friendly a lady who served me.I found a card that has been left by the previous customer, I handed it over to the teller and she ran after the people who left it. left it.

Always a big queue for 1 server ( 2 if your lucky) . Many staff flitting about not serving people , like just jump on for a bit . Some old man with a walker was stood in queue so long today his knee gave out. Staff emerged then to help , maybe if he wasn't stood up so long he wouldn't have needed you to call him an ambulance.... read full comment
