Received two blank envelopes from this Post Office over the past 4 months. It might not be the PO but rather someone using it. It is a scam where they say they have sent your item and provide a genuine tracking number but the item is never received. Reported to Postal Fraud

Staff are miserable and practically throw your money you have withdrawn at you. Not very helpful at all. There is only one decent member of staff I think her name is Emma. Customer service definitely needs some work
