Came into the store today and was served by a lovely lady called Grace. She did a great job, she had great customer service skills, very smart, well spoken lady and she really took interest in what we were looking for. Also great options in the store for jewellery.

Nothing was too much bother made to feel like millionaires

Arranged a click and collect as I knew I wouldn't have much time. Arrived at the store just after 9am and still closed. Shop didn't open until 915 the staff could clearly see I was stood waiting but made no effort and carried on chatting. Found this very rude and unprofessional.
