Made to feel like an idiot for not having a receipt, also tried to tell me although I purchased it from next I didn’t. I was the only customer waiting at the till while 2 members of staff complained that they didn't know how they would get so much work done when they had the till area to clear as well. I eventually was told to goto the end till by the customer assistant who when got there said I won't be long I will just hang these up and... read full comment
