I went in store to book a pick up of a single bed as donation. Was told that the driver has been booked for checking the bed, in which never turns up, also as I read reviews about drivers, since when drivers has been in charge of accepting or not, and to give bad attitudes and nastiness to the public.IT'S A SCAM and discrimination... read full comment

Arranged collection of Barker & Stonehouse bedroom set & coffee tables. The blokes who turned up wouldn't accept them as they had a couple of scratches on them.Absolutely outrageous. I'm really sure the people who are in need of furniture wouldn't turn these away. I smell a rat..... Who are they selling too. Won't be donating... read full comment
