Self service checkouts only which was causing delays. Seems pointless when it required 2 members of staff to stand there helping with tags and hangers etc. Surely just quicker for those 2 to serve traditionally?

Honestly customer service is non existent. "I told you how to do it" was the comment I got at self scan when the assistant had scanned the first item and I asked how to then continue. Sarcastic tone not needed.
