Got a notification that my parcel was delivered. Excited all day. It wasn't. A slip telling me to go to birch park to collect it was delivered. Birch park. Which is open 8am to 10am, perfectly normal times that definitely aren't when most people are commuting or working. Absolutely useless.

Update;Still the most useless post office in Britiain.Went to collect parcel that should have been delivered (met the postman each day and he apologised and said it wasn't in his bag - not his fault). Collected parcel from Birch Park and they didn't know why it hadn't been sent out for 3 days.(Side note, I'd had a pen explode... read full comment

I asked the postie one day why (when I was close enough to the front door to hear him knock) don't you ring the door bell. And he said he can't hear it!?. Seriously! It's for us to hear not him. Please knock AND press the door bell OK. btw he was delivering from birch park.
