BRILLIANT SERVICE. I went to HT's as the integrated fridge freezer in my holiday let had 'died' and I needed something quickly as I had guests arriving the same day. "Great service and selection of range cookers. " I said five years ago.The service was good, but sadly, five years on the Stoves cooker we bought has proved to be the worst household/electrical item I have ever bought.The grill/upper oven lid fell off and needed replacing twice; now it does not shut properly . Have just purchased a Dishwasher and received great service and advise in the shop and the delivery guys were on time and did a great job installing the machine and removing the old one. 10 out of 10 to all. Will always try and buy from a local store instead of a multi national.
