We've been coming to Hawes for many years and always have an Indian meal and given the time of year the restaurant is always quiet.

So when we visited this week, we weren't surprised that only two tables were occupied and both of these were ordering drinks and starters.

Shocking customer service, new waiter miserable and not accommodating and asking for cash payment obviously not declaring tax .. avoid
